Espérer has been created to show the positive side of people of colour by interviewing and displaying positive stories to empower their viewers and prove there is more than just what the News shows.
CEO, Gina Isenberg realised people of colour were severely underrepresented or totally misrepresented. A lack of positive female role models meant throughout growing up, she was miseducated about her skin and bullied for it, basically being told she as a woman of colour was not accepted in society. It continued even in her young age as a Teenager that she was not only confronted with bullying but educated that her Skin alone is the part that isolates her from being accepted in Schools and later at Jobs.
2016 she accepted that Society and Media will not change, but she could change perceptions, by displaying the positive side of being a Person of Colour. She was determined to create a Business that shows inspirational People of Colour all over the world.
Gina Isenberg “We all need to see that being a Person of Colour is not the End, but the Beginning of being special and unique. I am using my passion to create a business that will be Successful and expand in a different area of a person’s day to day life. With this, I am also showing my sisters and brothers out there, that we can achieve everything no matter the background or circumstance. We just have to start by accepting that we are different, amazing human beings, we are already special”.
With this passion, she has created the Business Pages spread over the social Medias Site and visiting different Business in London to not only to make Partnerships, but also expand her network and gain more knowledge about stories that haven’t even shown in the News or Media.
“My goal is to have my own TV channel, similar to Good Morning Show at ITV1”
